My son loves his new pick-up and the whole purchasing experience couldn't have went any smoother for him! Highly recommend this dealership and especially Ryan Webber. Go see his collection of trinkets on his desk from previous customers if nothing else!

Overall it was a very easy experience. No 5 star for following reasons: 1. Other dealers wash the vehicle post-work. Car was not washed. 2. Front drivers side tire was missing the valve stem cap.

Great service from drop off to picking up. I absolutely love the customer service I received Tuesday morning when I picked up my vehicle to pay. She always greets me with a smile and such a warm welcoming.

Just purchased a used 2020 f150 from these folks and traded in my Ram. Had to be the best car buying experience ive had yet. They offered me good money for my trade in and didn't hide any flaws or mislead me on the truck i purchased. Everything was done sight unseen since I lived 4hrs away from their dealership. The salesman and sales manager were easy going, friendly guys. Not a high pressure dealership. Thank you Kris M and the rest of the crew!

I have never been more impressed about a simple service appointment than I was with this one! First the women that I talked to on the phone about scheduling the appointment was the nicest most caring person I’ve talked to on the phone is a long time. I saw on my My Chevy App that most places within 50 miles of me were booked up until middle of February. Apple Chevrolet said call about appointments, so I did. This was the first oil change in the new car, so we had that free oil change from buying the new car. I said we had bought our car from a different dealer and didn’t know if the coupon would work, she assured me that it was GM thing and it would be just fine. Then she says I can get you in TOMORROW! I also had a small little nozzle missing from the back windshield that she also made the warranty appoint for at the same time. We dropped the car off that evening for the morning appointment. The gentleman that I talked to gang nice was just as nice as the woman I talked to in the morning! I asked if where I parked it was on, he I’m going to bring it in over night! I got a text the next day mid morning that the car was ready and that the part for the back windshield was ordered and would be here in 7-10 days! Picked it up to two other very friendly people, and was on my way! It was such a great experience!

I brought my truck in for a service light. They were great to get it looked at and fixed same day. i also was able to get a ride to go exercise while they fixed it. They also picked me back up. The bill is never any fun but i was grateful they were able to fix it for me on such a cold cold day otherwise i would of been in a bind.

Great dealership to work with, they were very up front about the vehicle we purchased and there was no pressure to buy. The buying process did end up going quickly which was nice as well.

Came in for oil change and rotate tires. They were efficient and did a good job. Communication was good. Enjoyed the video showing what they found and saw on the car. No drama just got the job done as expected.

We had a trade-in and I’ve never had such a smooth transition. We got a great car at a great deal and I appreciate doing business with him. We will be back when it’s time to buy again.

The service appointment was easy to make, and on that day everything went quickly and enjoyably. All the service staff are friendly and thoughtful, explaining things that needed explaining and answering all my questions. I not only get excellent car maintenance, I learn useful things as well. I dealt with Nick in the service area. We are here from South Carolina for a short period and absolutely enjoyed the customer service! He was thorough, kind, and straightforward about what was needed to get back on the road. No complaints at all.

How long does a loaner car while our truck was in the shop.

Nice waiting room, staff was great, and I was in and out when I expected to be while waiting. I appreciate the notes about need t for tires but wasn’t hard pressed on the quote. Additionally I lost a center cap on my tire after a tire rotation and it was replaced quickly and without issue.

Process was seamless. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied.

Nicholas Wagner was our service rep, and I could not be more pleased with his thoroughness and the extra mile he went to complete additional paper work to assist us! He is the best experience I have ever had here at Apple Chevrolet in Northfield. I look forward to having Nicholas service my vehicles in the future! Thank you!!!!

We were looking for a 2024 traverse and at the time of this review was highly sought after and hard to find. When I found apple Chevrolet had one I called them to confirm availability. Once they confirmed available and not spoken for I explained I was 4 hours away so just coming in was difficult if not impossible due to work. I asked about dealing over the phone and we were able to do that. I sent a bunch of pictures of my trade including the tires. They gave me a trade in amount and we were able to agree to pricing and I was able to put a deposit on it to come in on a Saturday, my day off to complete the purchase. During the financing period we ran into a couple issues, one was interest rate was higher then I could get at my local bank, they were able to get one of their banks to match it. The bigger issue was our fault, we gave them the wrong payoff amount. When we thought the deal was dead I came up with a possible solution over night and proposed it to them. I coughed up more down payment and they even gave a little more for my trade, which saved the deal. Since the amount changed the bank wanted to change the interest rate. They went to battle with the bank and got the interest rate back down. If it wasn't for the sales guy and finance guy going the extra miles the deal was going to die. The fact this vehicle was heavily sought after and would sell the next day, they didn't have to do anything, let the deal die and sell it to someone else on Monday, was a testament to them working with a customer to the end. I know these vehicles were selling fast as I probably called over 40 dealers and they were already sold, I was about 5 hours to late, I even had a dealer sell one while I was dealing on it. So with that said, I want to thank the staff for going the extra mile for me on a vehicle they wouldn't have a problem selling the next day, maybe even that day. They were professional every step of the way.

Quick diagnosis and good work done. Robin got my extended warrantee approved and utilized!

The oil change service was both quick and thorough. I also received a video of the process. I requested a brake inspection, and they provided detailed feedback on their condition.

He made it right with us and we will not forget it. We had a very good experience when we bought the car, and now Apple Chevrolet has done it again with an outstanding service department. I know that businesss model starts at the top, and is expected by everyone there. It is their intention to do business that way, and they have proved it to us one more time.

Quick in and done just as quickly. Only gripe is the cost is getting out of hand. $80 fo a oil change on a 2.0l passenger vehicle? Doesn’t that seem a bit crazy to you?

Recently had tires installed on my "winter" car, I just needed a valve stem, the advisor Gavin was quick to test and confirm the problem, I feel fortunate to have had JED in parts let the mechanic know that on a 04 Impala, there's some programing with the radio, that was needed. I went in to get my truck diagnosed for an electrical issue I couldn’t detect myself. I usually stay away from dealer ships and this is exactly why, So from my understanding is that the price to get it diagnosed was $180. I was thinking and was never informed about is that it didn’t matter how long it took them it was just to tell you what was wrong with your vehicle. I get a phone call later that day telling me that after the first hour they start to charge hourly, witch I was not Informed about. Keep in mind hourly they charge about $170 something, y’all do the math. Before you come here just keep this in mind. Other than this they where nice, professional people. Even gave me a shuttle ride home witch I am thankful for. Thank you for fixing my truck…

Transportation was provided to my home while they worked on it and back to the dealership. The dealership completed the work in an hour and fixed the issue at a very minimal cost. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gavin was amazing and a very good communicator. Very thorough inspection identified my battery was operating well below expected cold cranking amps. Can't say enough positive things about my experience.

Stopped in to get an oil change and was able to drive right in. Friendly and service was quick and thorough. Nice waiting area with pop and coffee. Free car wash with service... but system is broke down alot..
